Massage to improve posture? Yep! 

You think your posture is awful. You know you don't sit the right way. By the end of the day you've sunken deep into your chair and you stay that way because when you straighten up it hurts. All you want is relief. 

Maybe you believed in marketing that promised better posture by wearing an elastic posture brace. Or you bought the little gadget that sticks to your back and buzzes when you slouch. None of this stuff does any good, and it's because none get to the root of problematic posture - the muscles.

What causes muscles to get so cranky and out of whack?

Each muscle has an action and another muscle that opposes or undoes that action. An example is your biceps and triceps. One bends the elbow and the other straightens it. When certain muscles become too tight they pull us into bad posture. Over time, opposing muscles become overstretched and weak. This happens throughout the body and is why posture worsens over time.

I'll find and soothe tightness. I'll give equal attention to muscles that are chronically pulled and weak.
